<div>having recently discovering Groundation several months ago,via a friend, i have been hooked ever since-- ive been a long time root reggae fan with bob marley being a truly great inspiration to me along with israel vibration and steel pulse-- the jazz fusion is a bold move that has me blown away!! -- the crisp rythem section and jazz horns and piano/keyboard really have been put together seamlessly with a classic bass and powerful lyrics of politics,symbolism and mysticism that has me dying to watch a live performance!! when will Groundation ever come down to Texas?again? <div>I went to the show at 19 Broadway last nite and it was one of the single most horrible experiences I have had at a show. Ever. <br/> <br/>People were drunk and obnoxious to each other. There was a terrible fight. I was harrased, and the folks *running* the place were oblivious and unhelpful. And that's just the beginning. <br/> <br/>I am absolutely horrified to have experienced that at a Groundation performance. Positive message indeed. I can't remember the last time I saw people treat each other so shitty. <br/> <br/>The only explanation I got was that there was some drunken street fair earlier in the day.
